Our Facility
Keating Self Storage is locally owned and operated, providing convenient, ground level lockers with drive-up access. We are proud to offer you a variety of locker sizes, both heated and unheated.
Security
At Keating Self-Storage we take the security of your property very seriously. Our security features include:
- Perimeter security system monitored by Prices Security.
- Resident managers on site.
- Eight foot, fully fenced compound with razor wire.
- Locks that are supplied by you, the client (or you may purchase a lock from us) – you keep the key!
Our Perimeter security includes state of the art Photoelectric Detector Beams monitored by Prices Alarms.
Location
Easily accessed just off of the Pat Bay Highway, our facility is close to the Victoria International Airport, the Swartz Bay ferry Terminal, and downtown Victoria.
Keating Self Storage is conveniently located just off Veyaness Road in the Keating Industrial Park.
From Victoria take the Keating X Road exit and then turn right on Veyaness Rd. Look for our yellow and purple sign.
From Sidney, the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, or Victoria Internation Airport, take the exit at Island View Road, following the signs to the Keating Industrial Park. Then turn right on Veyaness Road. Look for our yellow and purple sign.
Access Hours
7 AM – 9 PM | Every day of the year.
Office Hours
9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm on Saturdays, Closed on Sundays.
